The Brief

A luxury wellness studio
without a luxury presence.

Serenova Wellness is a concept study for the kind of client brandsbyRaven is built to serve — a high-end wellness studio offering Pilates, bodywork, IV therapy, and facial treatments. The challenge was clear from the start: how do you communicate luxury, trust, and intimacy through a screen?

The brief called for something that felt expensive before the client read a single word of copy. Warm without being casual. Clinical without being cold. The kind of site that makes a potential client say "yes, this is exactly where I want to spend my money."

brandsbyRaven was brought in to design and develop the full digital identity — from color direction and typography to layout architecture and booking integration.

The Approach

Warm nude tones.
Editorial restraint.

The design direction was settled in the first hour: warm nude tones anchored in deep ink, Cormorant Garamond for headlines, DM Sans for body copy. The visual language of a high-end spa meets an editorial fashion magazine. Nothing that shouted. Everything that whispered authority.

The homepage was designed around a single goal — move the visitor toward a booking. Every section, every visual decision, every CTA placement was made in service of that one action. The services menu was structured to upsell without pressure. The about section was written to build trust before the client even considered the price.

The photography direction was built around warmth and texture — soft light, skin tones, neutral linens. The kind of imagery that makes you want to be in the space before you've booked anything.

Brand Direction
Established the full visual identity — color palette with hex codes, typography pairing, logo concept direction, and brand voice guidelines. Everything a designer or future team member would need to stay on-brand.

Sitemap Architecture
Mapped out the full site structure before writing a single line of code. Home, About, Services (with individual service pages), Booking, Blog, and Contact — each page with a clear job and a clear next step.

Design & Development
Custom HTML and CSS build — no templates, no page builders. Every pixel intentional. Built mobile-first, tested across Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Booking integration wired to scheduling software. Contact forms connected and tested.

SEO Foundation
Meta titles and descriptions written for every page. Sitemap submitted to Google Search Console. Schema markup added for local business. Page speed optimized to 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights.

VYNE Pilates is the personal brand of a Mat II certified Pilates instructor launching a new studio and teaching practice. The brief wasn't born from a crisis — there was no broken website, no failed marketing. The need was simpler and more foundational: build a professional digital presence from scratch that could grow a client base, showcase expertise, and capture leads before a single class was taught.

The challenge with a personal brand launch is authenticity. The site needed to feel like a real person — warm, expert, specific — not a generic fitness template. It needed to answer every question a potential client might have and make booking feel inevitable, not optional.

This was also a project built close to home — VYNE is the Pilates arm of the brandsbyRaven ecosystem, which meant the design standards were uncompromising from day one.

The Approach

Lead capture first.
Everything else second.

The strategic priority was lead generation and client conversion. Every design decision was made in service of that goal. The homepage opens with a clear statement of who VYNE serves and what it offers. The class schedule is immediately visible. The booking path is frictionless.

The visual direction leaned into the dual nature of Pilates — structured and fluid, disciplined and graceful. Clean lines. Generous white space. Photography direction that shows the body in motion. A color palette anchored in warm neutrals with ink accents — serious without being intimidating.

The messaging was written specifically for the VYNE audience — women who are ready to invest in their bodies and want an instructor who takes the craft as seriously as they take their progress. Every headline, every subhead, every CTA speaks directly to that person.

Brand Identity
Developed the VYNE brand from scratch — wordmark, lotus icon, color system, and typography. The brand needed to live alongside brandsbyRaven without being identical — its own voice, its own visual world.

Messaging Architecture
Wrote the full website copy — hero headlines, class descriptions, instructor bio, FAQ, and all CTAs. Copy was written to qualify the right clients and filter out the wrong ones before they even book a call.

Design & Build
Custom HTML and CSS build featuring class showcase sections, instructor profile, pricing tiers, and a full booking integration with Acuity Scheduling. Lead capture forms built into multiple touchpoints throughout the page.
